Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they govern your use of our services and ensure a seamless partnership.
World IT Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a digital agency based in Bangladesh, serving clients globally. We provide end-to-end services in:
  • Web Development: Custom websites, eCommerce platforms, and application support.
  • Creative Design: Branding, animations, graphic design, and UI/UX solutions.
  • Digital Marketing: SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
  • IT Consultation: Strategic IT planning, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity services.
Our approach combines agility, adaptability, and innovative thinking—embodying our “fluid brand personality.” This ensures that our services align with your unique goals, fostering a partnership where both parties succeed.

Services Offered
  1. Web Development: Custom-coded websites, CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.), web applications, and maintenance.
  2. Creative Design: Brand identity creation, UI/UX, 2D/3D animations, and print/digital graphics.
  3. Digital Marketing:
    • SEO: On-page, off-page, and local SEO strategies.
    • Social Media: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
    • Paid Ads: Google Ads, social PPC, and retargeting campaigns.
    • Content Marketing and Analytics.
  4. IT Consultation: Cloud migration, cybersecurity, enterprise IT solutions, and project management.
Each project’s scope, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in a mutually agreed contract or Statement of Work (SOW).
Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth project execution:
  • Provide Clear Requirements: Share detailed expectations, objectives, and materials necessary for the project.
  • Feedback and Approvals: Respond promptly to feedback requests, revisions, and approvals.
  • Access and Permissions: Grant access to systems, content, or third-party platforms (e.g., hosting, ads accounts) as required.
Impact of Non-Compliance: Delays or additional charges may arise if client responsibilities are not fulfilled.
 
World IT Responsibilities
World IT is committed to delivering high-quality services:
  • Adapting to Needs: Adjust our workflows and deliverables to suit your unique business and audience.
  • Meeting Standards: Ensure services meet agreed-upon benchmarks and are delivered on schedule.
  • Proactive Communication: Provide regular updates, milestones, and consultative advice.
  1. Invoices and Payments: Payment terms, including schedules and amounts, will be defined in the project agreement.
  2. Currencies and Taxes: Payments are accepted in USD, BDT, or mutually agreed currencies. Clients bear transfer fees, taxes, or currency conversion charges.
  3. Refunds: Refunds are provided only in exceptional cases, such as non-delivery of agreed services, as determined by both parties.
  1. Ownership Rights:
    • Final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment.
    • World IT retains ownership of underlying tools, frameworks, or reusable code unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
  2. Portfolio Use: Unless otherwise specified, World IT may showcase completed projects as part of its portfolio, maintaining confidentiality where necessary.
  3. Third-Party Content: Clients are responsible for ensuring that all third-party materials provided (e.g., images, music) are licensed appropriately.
  1. Mutual Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all sensitive information confidential and use it solely for the intended purposes of the project.
  2. Global Data Compliance: We follow international standards, including GDPR, to protect personal data. For details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

8.1 Global Service Commitment
We serve clients worldwide, ensuring a seamless experience across time zones. However, time zone differences may affect response times.
8.2 Service Interruptions
We strive for uninterrupted service but are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, natural disasters, or governmental actions.

  • Testing: Projects undergo rigorous quality checks to ensure functionality, performance, and adherence to project requirements.
  • Support Period: We offer a limited support period for bug fixes or adjustments post-delivery. Additional support or maintenance can be contracted separately
At World IT, we believe disputes can be resolved amicably.
    1. Good Faith Negotiation: Both parties agree to resolve any disagreements through open communication and mutual understanding.
    2. Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to arbitration in Bangladesh, following local laws.
  1. Client Termination:
    • Clients may terminate services with a 30-day written notice.
    • Payments for completed work up to the termination date are non-refundable.
  2. World IT Termination:
    • We reserve the right to terminate services due to non-payment, breach of terms, or unethical practices.
  3. Deliverables Upon Termination: Completed work will be handed over upon settlement of outstanding payments.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Clients agree to comply with local and international regulations when using our services.
We may revise these Terms of Service to reflect changes in laws, services, or business practices. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
